Visit Gardaland
Gardaland is the largest amusement park in Italy. It’s located near Lake Garda, though not directly on the lakefront, in the town of Castelnuovo del Garda, in the province of Verona.
It opened in 1975 and over the years has become Italy’s most visited theme park, and the eighth most visited in Europe.
The park is divided into themed zones, with over 40 attractions and several roller coasters. On top of that, there are shows for all ages, musicals, and parades.
With so much to see and do, a full day isn’t always enough—we recommend spending two days if you can.
Gardaland is known for its excellent organization and attention to detail in all services.
As Italy’s most visited park and one of the top 10 in Europe, we advise avoiding weekends and public holidays when the park is at its busiest.
Thrill-seekers will enjoy rides like Shaman, Oblivion, Raptor, Blue Tornado and Space Vertigo.
Gardaland also features themed hotels and the SEA LIFE Aquarium, home to over 5,000 marine creatures visible through an underwater tunnel. You can purchase a combined ticket for both the aquarium and the park.
